These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and miow44 ("miow44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at miow44.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and all other gaming products offered on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use miow44.

These Terms should be read alongside the miow44 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and miow44.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and use an Account on miow44, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. miow44 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of a third party, or accounts operated by automated systems are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of accessing miow44 from your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of miow44 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously held an Account on miow44 that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

To open an Account with miow44, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information about yourself and to update that information promptly if it changes. miow44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during the Account lifecycle at miow44's reasonable discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification. Accepted documents include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian or international Passport — biographical data page
• Valid Malaysian Driver's Licence — front and back
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three months, showing your name and residential address
• A clear selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document alongside your face

4.2 Verification Timeline. KYC reviews are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is successfully completed. miow44 is not liable for delays caused by the submission of incomplete or illegible documents.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify miow44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. miow44 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

4.4 One Account Per User. Each person may hold only one Account on miow44. If miow44 identifies that a User holds multiple Accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close those Accounts and to withhold any Bonus Funds associated with them.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, miow44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 Permitted Use. You may access the Platform using any compatible internet-connected device. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Platform in any way that may impair the performance, availability, or integrity of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

5.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. The availability of the Platform does not constitute an offer or invitation to use gambling services in any jurisdiction where such use is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. miow44 makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

5.3 Acceptable Use of Automated Systems. The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by miow44.

6.1 Deposits. miow44 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. miow44 targets a processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for most MYR withdrawal methods, though actual processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. miow44 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

6.4 Transaction Verification. miow44 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Delays resulting from such verification are not the liability of miow44.

6.5 Currency. All Account Balances, Stakes, winnings, and Bonus Funds are denominated in MYR. miow44 does not apply currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Crypto deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

7.1 General. miow44 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full according to the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion of those funds becomes withdrawable. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus Funds received (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on RM 100 in Bonus Funds requires RM 1,000 in qualifying bets).

7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting, live casino, and slots may carry different contribution percentages.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. miow44 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is exploiting a promotional offer, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, or engaging in any other practice designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the promotional validity period specified will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to miow44's acceptance. miow44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) there is a system or pricing error; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or insider information; or (d) the relevant sporting event has been suspended or cancelled.

8.2 Odds Errors. Where odds are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, miow44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund Stakes to the User's Account Balance. miow44 will not be held liable for losses arising from reliance on erroneously published odds.

8.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. Bets accepted during a live event are final once confirmed by the Platform, subject to the voiding provisions in clause 8.1. miow44 is not responsible for connectivity issues that may affect a User's ability to place or manage in-play bets.

8.4 Results and Settlements. All bet settlements are based on official results as published by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. In the event of a dispute, miow44's determination of the outcome shall be final, subject to the complaints process in clause 17.

8.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game providers. Results are independently verifiable and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any User.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on miow44 and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Funding your Account using payment methods not registered in your own name, or using funds obtained through criminal or fraudulent activity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker game, or sports betting market.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or pricing discrepancy for financial gain.
• Abusing promotional offers through any form of matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, or multi-account bonus harvesting.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing miow44 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the miow44 Platform — including but not limited to the miow44 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of miow44 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited right to view and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of miow44.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. miow44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its Services.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, miow44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; financial loss arising from erroneous odds; or loss caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

11.3 miow44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits miow44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting miow44 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining will be returned to you via a verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension by miow44. miow44 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or risk of harm to the Platform, other users, or third parties. Suspended Accounts may be investigated before a final determination is made.

12.3 Termination for Cause. Where an Account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms — including identity fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or money laundering — miow44 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account Balance at its discretion, consistent with applicable legal obligations.

12.4 Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion. Users who self-exclude through miow44's Responsible Gambling tools will have their Account suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Please refer to the Responsible Gambling page for full details of available tools.

miow44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its Services. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. Gambling should not be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or escaping personal problems.

miow44 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeout reminders and enforced logouts.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account. Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent closure are available.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process in clause 17 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the jurisdiction under which miow44 operates its gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

miow44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, miow44 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in clause 12.1.
